An empty (almost empty) living room, plenty of space, heavy boxes, few kids and so we have an indoor camping place!

Today in the atelier
I had the need and hopefully the opportunity to restore one of my charcoal while we are moving just in two weeks. The clients are friends of friends. They bought this beautiful Art Nouveau house in the center of Brussels that needs to be filled with pretty furnitures and art.
My piece suffered a lot and was altered especially in the intensity of greys.
I worked on the shades and on the eyes mostly 
At the end, the drawing still has marks of water and stains, as a proof of time on it. But its contrast is much better. I can now go back to my boxes.
And a cup of tea in the sun.
